Brewing House

The meaning of Brauhaus is "Brewing House" or "Brewery". Almost every small town in Germany had a brewery where they brewed their own special beer.

All food is homemade, including desserts.

• The Breweries still have their "Schanke" or "Gasthaus", where they served their own beer and homemade food. The beer and food used to be something special and different for each and every brewery.
• We called this restaurant and lounge "Brauhaus" because we serve German Beer and homemade American and German Food.
• We offer favorites such as Sauerbraten, Wiener Schnitzel, and Jäger Schnitzel. American entrees are also available. Popular items include Salmon and Plum Glazed Duck.

Homemade Food

All food is homemade. We use only the highest quality ingredients. Our salads are organic and fresh. Our meat is locally farm-raised and is all hand-cut here at Brauhaus.
